Every 3D Virtual Tour includes property photos, floor plans, room measurements, area calculations, neighbourhood information and a 3D interactive tour. 2D floorplans can be ordered as a single service and are included in all packages. 3D virtual tours can be added-on to a package or purchased a-la-carte.

Virtual twilight is created through specialized editing to give your exterior property photos the illusion that it was shot at dusk, delivering an image with a believable sunset coloured sky and emphasizes what the property looks like during the evening hours when exterior lights are on, and generally when people are most likely to be in the home. Virtual Staging is a service we often offer when a home is vacant, in order to deliver a visual asset that shows a buy the spacial potential of a vacant space. Both of these services are priced on a per-image basis.

Aerial photo + video can be used to offer viewers a unique perspective of the property from above. Using a drone to capture a bird's eye view of the property is one of the best ways to present the property as a whole. This is also a great opportunity to show how close a property may be to a point of interest i.e green space or body of water. Aerial perspective has become an industry standard when providing a video walk through of the property and is a key offering for buyer agents and clients alike.

This is a custom shoot that offers flexibility and purchasing options for designers. This service is offered in 2 variants: Half Day(4hours) and Full Day(7hours) of flexible shoot time, that allows photographer and designer to collaborate, and capture the space(s) based on the designer or client's specific media goals and needs.
A minimum 10 images are included, and the total deliverables will vary based of multiple factors.
Additional images may be available as proofs for purchase.

This package offers 10 images and a 30 second reel, shot and formatted in a vertical orientation for web and social media use. Add-ons are available for this package.
