-------------------- I have a broad range of life and work experiences, and I hold several certifications including Coach in NLP, Neurosciences (Coach and Master Coach levels) and Full Confidence (Polyvagal Theory), Naturopath N.D. and an MBA, my interventions aim to support people to achieve their goals and/or resolve difficulties to fully enjoy their life.

-------------------- I am a member of several associations: ICF, RITMA, SICPNL, Collège des Naturopathes du Québec, Société EducoSanté and others.

-------------------- My approach includes active listening, partnership, commitment, motivation, benevolence and action.

-------------------- My coaching sessions are available at my office in Montreal (on Beaubien East) and online (via Zoom, WhatsApp or others to be discussed). -------------------- I provide my services in French and in English.

-------------------- Also, for all new clients, before engaging into a professional relationship, I will take 15-20 minutes (free of charge) to discuss their situation and my services to confirm that there is a good match between their needs and my offering.

-------------------- Moreover, as an add-on free service, my clients can contact me between sessions if they need to communicate something that should not wait until our next session.

-------------------- I am motivated by the desire to accompany people towards results / achievement / improvement, and also to transmit knowledge to my clientele and to provide them with powerful tools promoting autonomy, well-being and a life open to happiness.

-------------------- In my previous career, that is from 1980 to 2017, I worked for several companies of many sizes, mainly as a manager or project director. I did manage multi-disciplinary teams. I worked as an employee and as a consultant. -------------------- I have managed a career transition. -------------------- I also have managed taking courses while working full-time. -------------------- I am the mother of 2 professional and independent adults. I know what it means to have a career and a family at the same time.

-------------------- I am passionate about life. I have learned to take full advantage of it and I am also dedicated to sharing with others the keys to my skills and know-how.

-------------------- Well-being, joy of life, learning, improving and personal development have been at the heart of my personal and professional approach for many years.
