I Care Counselling specializes in marriage counselling (Gottman certified) and Anxiety Therapy which includes:
Generalized anxiety disorder (GAD), Social anxiety disorder (SAD)
Panic Disorder (PAD), Separation Anxiety Disorder, general and medical fears. Vince (your therapist) uses a Cognitive Behavioural Approach (CBT) for treatment and 90% of his clients are helped through online therapy. Vince is compassionate and genuine, aware of other’s needs, empathetic towards to those presently suffer from debilitating anxiety, phobias, fears and worry. He personally understands the journey of healing from anxiety as he battled anxiety for 25 years and is now symptom fear, medication free consistently controlling his invasive thoughts, feelings and core fears. Vince has served over 6000 sessions in anxiety therapy alone.
