Joe and Emma and the rest of the team were excellent. All done in a timely and professional manner. They gave us a quote and then realized there was a part of the job that did not need to be done and took that cost off right away. Rodents gone and we can now sleep. I've used Humane Solutions to address a squirrel problem in my attic. The discussions/quotes and visits were all very professional and timely. I needed to resolve the problem quickly before a summer event and it was all done efficiently. Communications with Emma / office were all very responsive, professional, and friendly. The folks at Humane Solution are prompt, professional and personable. Last year, Humane Solutions helped me deal with a squirrel family in my roof.
They assessed the exterior of my home and also found evidence of rodents in a shed. They expertly excluded both squatters from my home with 1-way doors. Mother Squirrel re-located her own family overnight—no poisoning or trapping involved.
I have no hesitation in recommending Humane Solutions to anyone dealing with unwanted wildlife squatters.

Almost exactly a year ago the guys from Humane Solutions rid us of an intractable squirrel after trying everything and then finally trapping her. We we’re thrilled with their good humoured approach to their work and their persistence. Well about ten days ago the squirrel came back and chewed it’s way into our roof. We immediately called Humane Solutions and within two days they were here. They beefed up our perimeter and installed a one way door. Joe is great. If we had hired Human Solutions last year we would not have had the same rat issue this year. Joe did an inspection, identified more access points than the previous company, drew up a point-form description of what he would do, explained it to me and with my agreement did it! It sure wasn't the "set 5 traps" service. That is what happened with the last company who we shall call Highway Robbers. I got Joe to remove some rats up in my attic for me, and it was an excellent service. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He offered free evaluation, which was very nice. He spent the time to explain what the issues were and what the solutions were. On the day that he came to fix all the issues, it was the hottest day of the summer, and he was up on the roof for almost 4 hours! After that, he followed up several times until the rat was caught or gone. And he offered me one year warranty, which most of the pest control companies out there wouldn't give it to me because I have concrete tiles. I have used some other big company for the same rat problem before, and they didn't even try!!! They said they couldn't go up on the roof because it was not clean, so they couldn't give me the warranty but still charged me a few hundred dollars just to put some traps on the attic! I would definitely use Joe's service again and would recommend him to anyone. More...

I found Joe to be prompt and professional! He got rid of the mice problem that was in my mom's house and cleaned and sanitized a shed that rats and raccoons had inhabited! He also made a door for the shed. He searched out why and where the mice were entering the the house and plug these openings. Joe did a great job and I am very happy with his service! Joe from Human Solutions helped save my home by dealing with some rats that had managed to enter into my attic. It's been 4 days and no noise ,I am touching wood as I write! He came as soon as he was able and even came out of his normal service area ,which no one else was wanting to do! He was prompt, professional and prepared to do what I could not! I know if I have problems Joe will be there if I need him. He left my place in a better situation then when he arrived .He took all garbage from my house including the poison traps that I had and was regretting ever purchasing ! Sleepless nights due to what I thought to be racoons on my roof and squirrels in the walls. Joe came highly recommended to me by a friend. From my initial phone call working with Joe has been a pleasure. He arrived at my door soon after my call for inspection and soon diagnosed that not only did I have racoons on my roof but inside the walls as well. His estimate included photos of the areas of concern. He returned shortly thereafter to initiate the necessary work. Once again, photos upon completion.
