Personal Trainers

I have been working with Mayra for about 10 weeks and my results have been life changing. Mayra is not only a trainer she is a wellness coach in transforming lifestyle changes.

Over the last 10 weeks I have reduced inflammation increased mobility and core strength and lost about 3 inches in over all size. My sleep pattern has normalized and my energy has had a natural up take.

Mayra’s ability to coach through adversity and provide additional support of nutrition has been the anchor in my change.

She's different from your typical trainers that focus on cardio and weight training. Not that it isn't important, but especially if you're starting from scratch she works on posture and core to prepare you for more rigorous exercise later. There is a lot more emphasis on stretching which is important in restoring mobility.

She's charming and easy going but will tell you like it is. She provides the tools and encouragement but it's up to you to execute. She also has coaching in nutritional eating habits. It's up to you how far you want engage in the wide array of services she offers.

I make personal programmes designed to put my clients back in control of their life, just doing some adjusts to their current lifestyle; enabling them to restore balance needed to reach the personal goals. Then, they will have more time, energy, money, intimacy, and fun.

In at least 3 sessions per week with me, you'll get the body of your dreams!!

I love the most is giving to show others how is possible make great and healthy changes in our lifestyles, doesn't matter the age or gender.

I have another perspective in this field. I see the human body as a whole composition and I take my clients through an amazing journey of training to connect mind, body and spirit.

Yes, I have a wonderful platform that my clients have access through out an account. Every client can manage the schedule, workout programs, appointments, cancelations, assessments, nutritional plan and more!
As a plus, the client can see a video of every single exercise that is in the client's program, with detailing in movements and instructions.

I keep my clients safe teaching them how to boost their immune system following CHEK principles. My coaching includes: nutrition, stress management, movement and happiness plus I have a great networking of professionals that complement my practice as well as a good acknowledge about supplements.
