We contacted Rebecca for help with our relationship as we had been struggling with communication. I just wanted to write this review to thank Rebecca for listening to us and giving such amazing insight into how we can move forward as a couple. There is still much work to be done but there is hope again. More...

Cognitive Behaviour Therapy
Sympathetic, discrete, compassionate. Willing to do over-the-phone if needed. Usually I hate being complimented as it feels like it's done out of pity, but the staff here give off nothing but a sense of caring.

Only a four because it's too soon to mark it as a 5, and I like to leave room for improvement. Seems to be a perfect fit thus far though!

What do you love most about your job?
I love helping people. I like helping people to understand what is going on between their brain and their heart.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I'm very independent and creative. These are great qualities but not necessarily great qualities as an employee. I'm always thinking of new ways to do things, to improve systems and processes. By running my own business I am free to do just that.
Why should our clients choose you?
I'm easy to talk to and connect with. I believe it is important for clients to connect with their counsellor and I encourage people to let me know if I'm not the right fit for them. If I'm not the right person to help you, I would like to help you find the right person.
Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.
I can provide online counselling. In the rare case where the internet isn't strong enough, we can do a phone session.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
When doing in-person sessions we sit really far apart. At least 6 ft, more often closer to 8 ft. When we meet at the door we wear masks. But once we are seated and distanced we take the masks off if the client is comfortable doing so. I also put a blanket down on the sofa and change it between each client to ensure everyone has a clean sitting area.
Anger Management Program
If your lawyer has suggested you get anger management counselling prior to court appearance then please consider this program.
It is 10-weeks/10 sessions long at a fixed price of $995. On completion of the course, I will write a letter that speaks to how you engaged with the program and how open you were in dealing with your anger. Your lawyer can share this letter with the judge.
