What do you love most about your job?
I love being a part of positive change in my clients' lives. No matter how small or big, I enjoy celebrating victories with them and I'm always proud to see them proud of themselves.
What inspired you to start your own business?
My inspiration to be a therapist has always been to be the person I would have loved to have in my life when I was younger.
Why should our clients choose you?
I understand how difficult it can be to start your therapy journey, or even find a new therapist. I chose to start my own therapy journey while I was still in school because I wanted to ensure that I understood what it meant to be on both sides. I customize sessions to work best with each individual client and it has proven to be successful.

I provide remote counselling sessions (phone/video). I can be very flexible with phone sessions in order to make therapy an easier process for you.
