I have worked one-on-one with Harmony Woodington since March 2022. When we started working together, I was a guarded individual who doubted herself and kept others at arm's length. My heart was closed.

Three and a half years into widowhood after 45 years of marriage, I didn't know who I was anymore. I wasn't the young, somewhat sheltered girl who married a man 18 years older than me. I wasn't part of a couple anymore, either. I needed to find the woman who was buried deep inside.

Now, 7 months after beginning to work with Harmony, I'm a vibrant, outgoing woman. I have a new perspective about what I seek in a relationship and have started dating men with a confidence I didn't have in my youth.
