Photographer kept my $ and didn’t provide service :( I don’t normally write negative reviews but it’s not fair to pay for a service that is not delivered. I paid the deposit of half the cost of the photography session (over $100) for photos capturing my baby’s first Christmas, to be used for family Christmas cards. We were very excited for the photos, bought Christmas dresses for the baby, decorated and cleaned the house.. twice. The photographer requested rescheduling twice and cancelled both times due to unforeseen personal circumstances. Then I tried reaching out to her a few times with no answer until after the holidays, at which point she requested rescheduling for a third time but it was unfortunately too late for the intended purpose (Christmas cards). Although the service wasn’t provided, she didn’t refund my money, quoting her policy. She indicated she would pay me back half, but did not and is no longer answering my messages. More...

The sessions we have had with Hailey are short, sweet, and to the point. The photos from sessions with Hailey are hanging all around my home. She has truly captured some of my favourite memories.
