Professional and understands my needs

From the 1st interview with the intake person, who was super nice and explained everything in great detail, to the actually therapy session I have had, I found them to be really understanding of my issue and helpful.

We were matched with a couple's counselor who's undergoing her master's degree so we got a discount that worked into our budget. Since having a baby and buying our first house in the same year things have been strained financially and in our marriage.
