I have been in the construction industry for over 15 years - starting of with commercial and then branching of to residential

Garvin Alexis condtruction comes with a 1 year labour and material guarentee as long as i provide the material
What do you love most about your job?
There are a few things i love about my job - but the most important one - would the vision turn into a reality
What inspired you to start your own business?
My inspiration came from my family - including both parents who were in construction or know about construction

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
All staff have been vacinated and use personal protective equipment while on site

Clean walls then add one coat of primer - with 2 coats of paint to achieve a finished look
Framing
Frame walls and interior spaces to spec
Flooring
Lay flooring material very tight to corners of walls
Tile setter
Prepare floor and lay tiles according to specs
Open concept / load bearing wall removal
Remove load bearing walls for open floor plan
Bathroom renovation
Provide all labour for a complete turn key bathroom reno
Kitchen
Provide all labour for a turn key kitchen reno
Demolition
Remove all old or unwanted building material with keeping anything that is needed with preserving the integrity if the property

Renovating new space to code and drawings
