How can someone tell if their Garage is suitable for conversion?
by checking with the city, review survey with eng. locate utilities for location to the conversion. Getting ideas from client on what they are looking for in the conversion. Showing pictures of recent work done and materials used in the project. book a time for me to come by and measure and review details with the client.
Run us through the different stages of the Garage conversion process - what's involved?
Design, permit submission, detail process once permit is issued, schedule trades, order materials, submit inspections as required each stage, do final walk thru before final inspection sign off.
How long have you been in business?
30yrs in the building trades from bathroom conversion to basement finishing and 2nd story additions. We do framing drywall plumbing electrical concrete waterproofing underpinning tiling kitchens bathrooms basement walk out.
What guarantee does your work come with?
2yr guarantee on our workmanship along with suppliers warranty, we will do all city inspections, check all our trades are qualified to do the work as designed, ensure wsib is up to date with there premiums. check HST numbers are registered and valid. perform any warranty work in a timely manner
