Working with Frances on our engagement photos was such a fantastic experience and I would highly recommend her as a photographer for life's many special moments! She is extremely personable, fun, and creative, which makes photo sessions with her a blast. She took the time to get to know us as individuals and as a couple before our photo session, which allowed her to customize our session towards our adventurous and outdoorsy personalities. It also made us feel very at ease working with her, which I think is extremely important when you want natural-looking, unposed photos. We have several of her photos hanging on the walls in our house and we often get compliments on these! We will definitely be using Frances as our photographer for future events/special moments! I have been to a number of weddings where the photographer was a major hindrance to the big day, and was super conscious of how much they can impact the day when booking one for my wedding. Seeing how genuine, empathetic, professional, and "ninja like" Frances was throughout the day is something I am so happy about and would have paid double to have her shoot our wedding. The first time I met Frances was when I was in a wedding party. What I learned from that experience was that's Frances was professional, kind, easy going and hardly noticeable (or a ninja) during the wedding day. When I got to see the pictures she took of that day I was in awe. When I became engaged it was an easy decision to have Frances take photographs of our wedding day. Both myself and my husband loved working with her. With the distance she scheduled a Skype interview which was wonderful. She was also always available either by phone or email too. On our wedding day Frances arrived promptly. She was super sweet and helpful with the last minute detail leading up to the ceremony. She blended right into the day. Everyone who encountered Frances really liked her disposition and professional manner. There is not enough positive adjectives I could use to describe the photographs she took that captured our wedding day. They captured every aspect and emotion being felt. All I can say is, Frances was absolutely the best. Will never hire anyone else, as they wouldn't be able to compare. She got to know us and captured our photos in light of what she learnt, she made the whole experience personal, her service was second to none, and the photos were AMAZING. Definitely did not want the standard engagement photos and her approach assured something unique and special for us. Booking Frances as our wedding photographer was one the best decisions we made. She was initially referred to us by another photographer we were in touch with, and we couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. When looking for a photographer, we wanted someone who not only talented, but someone we’d get along with — Frances far exceeded both expectations. We were struck by Frances’ natural and organic style of photography and how it expressed so much emotion. We spoke with her several times with her leading up to our wedding day, and with each conversation we had, we felt at more and more at ease with how accessible and warm she was every step of the way.Frances’ presence at our wedding was a harmony between structured professionalism and genuine warmth and excitement. If I could give Frances a million stars I would. She stepped up at the last minute when an unfortunate event happened and our original photographer could no longer make it down to Mexico for our wedding. As someone who also works in the wedding industry, I met Frances at a gig. She immediately left an impression on me: she was energetic, personable, and the photos she took were fantastic. I got her contact and hired her to take some portrait photos for a new website, and by the time it came to planning my own wedding, I knew Frances would be our photographer!Leading up to the wedding, Frances took the time to sit down with my fiancee and I to learn about what was important to us for our wedding photos. She was very detailed and organized, also sending a questionnaire to complete to make sure she had all the info she needed.The day of the wedding she was there every step of the way.
