Welcome to Four Truth Wellness! My name is Rebecca Ridsdale and I am a Consulting Hypnotist since 2013, certified with the National Guild of Hypnotists, Inc. (NGH) – the oldest and largest hypnotherapy membership organization in the world. I am also a Yoga Instructor, certified by The Kundalini Research Institute since, 2002.

In my early 20’s, I found my dream job and I was required to fly all over North America, however I was deathly afraid to get on an airplane. A friend suggested I try hypnosis to get over this fear. I took her advice, and just five hypnosis sessions later I was able to board and fly in an airplane with minimal anxiety. To say this was miraculous is an understatement. Hypnosis has helped in many other areas of my life since and inspired me to become a Consulting Hypnotist, twenty years later.

The name, Four Truth Wellness is inspired by the Buddah's Dhammacakkappavattana Sutta teaching, Four Noble Truths: 1) Life has inevitable suffering 2) There is a cause to our suffering 3) There is an end to suffering 4) The end of suffering is contained in an end to craving, clinging, becoming and dissatisfaction (the Eightfold Path).

Four Truth Wellness offers the beginning to the end of suffering. I teach that by strengthening and balancing the mind and body, clarity, peace and happiness can be achieved.

It has been a pleasure helping over 3,000 clients, since 2013 learn to overcome and alleviate anxiety and stress, tobacco and chronic drug use, weight issues, eating disorders, nail biting and other OCD related issues, fears, phobias and more with hypnosis and self-hypnosis.
