What inspired you to start your own business?
Learning how to prevent and address conflict has been the most rewarding skill towards preserving and improving relationships in all spheres of my life! I have been trainings since 2008 and am constantly learning new strategies and beat practices to help my clients. I particularly understand the challenges of diverse communities and bring an inclusive framework to the work I do!

We currently offer services online to keep clients safe and observe protocols. If clients need in person services please send a message with your specific request and we will observe the current safety protocols at the time of request.

Do you need conflict resolution training for your family, relationships, workplace or community? We will develop a customized training plan for your learning needs!
Facilitation
We offer facilitation for your meetings or discussions to move the conversation forward. We will work with you to design a SMART Agenda and facilitate the meeting while ensuring engagement from everyone.
