What do you love most about your job?
I love supporting others in coming back to life by reclaiming their inner truth and power. We live in a culture of trauma and most of us have not been given a chance to figure out who we truly are, to learn to love who we are, and feel truly seen, heard and appreciated without having to put on a mask or shape-shift to please others. I know that place well. We are powerful Beings, us humans, and it is a beautiful gift to be able to offer others the tools to remember and come back into their own power.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I went through so many dark nights of the soul I can't even count them anymore. It took me a long time to realize that I was not the problem, and that I held the keys within me to change my life around. But first, I needed to realize that I was the survivor of trauma, and that my nervous system needed to be re-wired for safety before I could reclaim a life worth living. I did it. And so can you!
Why should our clients choose you?
Because I have lived experience of depression, anxiety, anger and relationship issues, of numbing and substance use to "not feel" or try to make life more bearable, and I understand the dread of seeing life pass us by and feeling helpless in creating a life of meaning and purpose, where inner peace and joy are a fact of every day life.
