Evan performed for 20 kids for our daughter’s 7th birthday and had them laughing and engaged the entire show! He set up quickly, did an excellent job transitioning between tricks and was great at getting the kids involved too!
Evan was prompt, professional and accommodating when booking the show too. Highly recommend!

I hired Evan for my son’s 5th birthday and he was fantastic! The 30 min magic show he put on was engaging, interactive, funny and kept 12 children very interested and entertained.
I would highly recommend him for some party entertainment.

Hired him for a wedding on June 17,2023 because my now wife really wanted a magician to walk thru during cocktail hour for guests.
I was a little skeptical but WOW he was amazing. Every guest had a blast watching him perform as did I.

From the moment we first chatted Evan was very easy to talk to. We had him for our sons 5th birthday party and he was amazing.
When he came to our home he was very professional yet easy going. He entertained a group of 13 children ages 2-16 and made all of them feel like they were a part of the show.

How long have you been interested in magic?
25 years! I got interested in magic after seeing David Copperfield perform on TV. I've performed hundreds of kids' birthday parties and corporate events.
Fun fact: I paid my way through university by doing magic shows.
Take us through your show – what can we expect?
I arrive about 15-20 minutes early to set up. I don't need much space, and I've always been able to make any room work!
I use lots of audience participation. If it's a birthday, I have the birthday child help as much (or as little!) as they want. It's important they feel like the star of the show.
My show is family appropriate and meant for all ages, although the best ages are 5+. I've heard that adults enjoy the show just as much as the kids do!
What do you love most about your job?
It sounds cheesy, but seeing that look of disbelief on people's faces! I also love making people of all ages laugh.
Why should our clients choose you?
I've been doing magic shows for 25 years. Having a positive (and magical!) experience is extremely important to me. I promise that I will promptly reply to any inquiries or questions you may have.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I am fully vaccinated against COVID-19 and can wear a mask on request.
Birthday Party Shows
Evan's 40 to 45-minute birthday party show, meant for kids aged 5 to 13, uses a unique and entertaining approach using help from his audience members. Evan likes to make the birthday boy or girl the star of the show as they help create the magic. Parents can kick back and relax as Evan takes care of the entertainment aspect of the party.
Holiday / Stage Shows
Evan's stage show is perfect for company celebrations or holiday events. His 35-40 minutes of comedy-filled, interactive and family-approved show is complete with visual sleight of hand and amazing feats and is guaranteed to keep the attention of his audience of all ages.
Walk-Around Magic Shows
Evan's close-up routines feature award-winning hand-selected magic that even the toughest skeptics cannot figure out! This type of magic happens inches away from the participants as he makes things appear, disappear and change in their own hands right under their nose!
Many of Evan's clients choose to incorporate walk-around magic at their events.
Retirement Home Shows
Evan's show has been seen in retirement communities in Manitoba and Alberta, with many residences asking for Evan annually (pre-COVID). His 40 to 45 minute show involves plenty of family-friendly jokes, audience participation and relatable references for the audience (did someone say John Wayne?)
