Painting
Patching of holes with drywall compound and sanding to make level with existing wall.
Sanding all surfaces to create a better bond between paint and material. Priming all surfaces with one coat. Painting 2 coats to complete. Tiling
Includes preparation of surface, whether it be removal of old mortar from previous tiles or other materials that can interfere with the bonding and level of the new installation. Checking floor for level before and during tile setting.
