I completed my Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University in 2017, after having worked in the mental health field for several years. I am a Registered Psychotherapist (RP) in Ontario and a member of the Ontario Association of Mental Health Professionals (OAMHP). Since becoming a psychotherapist in 2017, I have had the privilege of working first with a community agency and then in primary care. Both of these settings provided me the opportunity to work with a variety of populations and issues and gain valuable experience in the field. At the end of 2021, I made the difficult decision to leave primary care in order to start my private practice. This was inspired by my own desire for greater equilibrium in my life, hence the name of my practice!
