Getting to walk alongside incredible humans on their healing journey, having the privilege to witness the pain and growth is incredible.

There is something so wonderful in watching the transformation process, especially as someone who has been through massive transformation.

My own personal journey and struggle with chronic weight issues and childhood trauma. Feeling like I was different for most of my life allowed me to find a way in which I could create my own business and community in which I not only "fit" in but thrive and provide a safe space for my clients to do the same.

Because I have been there, more than once. Feeling defeated, lost and helpless for so many years. Not only do I have the certification to help you on your journey, but even more importantly I have real life experience. I spent years in the darkness and years looking for the light. Hypnotherapists believe you have everything you need to succeed hoiden within you. You don't really need another crash diet or more workout equipment.

The truth is it's way more about finding the cause and root of the self-sabotage rather than looking for quick fixes. With hypnotherapy for weight loss we can easily go back to the place and time the limiting belief abour your body, weight, size and shape was created in order to begin the healing process.


Individual RTT (Rapid Transformational Therapy) for weight loss sessions can be great if you have 50lbs or less to lose. If you have chronic weight issues, and have 50lbs or more to lose combining CBT and Hypnosis may be the best option. We should discuss the details of how long you've been holding onto it and what has worked and not for you to come up with a custom plan that fits your lifestyle!

Hypnosis is a state of active consciousness where the subject is aware and alert at all times. When used in therapy, it's non-invasive. Instead, it focuses on finding out the cause of a person's problem as it heals the mind. It reduces peripheral awareness while making a person focus all their attention towards one particular field in conversation.

Basically, the treatment uses concentration, guided relaxation, and focused attention to get a heightened state of awareness that is called a trance. A person in this state is so focused that anything else going around is temporarily blocked out or totally ignored.

Hypnosis for anxiety works together with counseling to help people explore painful thoughts, memories, and feelings that might have been hidden in their conscious minds. Apart from this, hypnosis enables people to see things differently.

Consciously, you may be aware you're not sick, but your subconscious is the part of controlling your behavior. During hypnosis for anxiety, you may discover that your fear of getting sick goes back to your mother, who was obsessed with cleaning germs. Your subconscious then took note of your mother's behavior and developed an irrational fear of getting sick. No matter the cause of your anxiety, hypnosis re-trains your subconscious to separate legitimate illnesses from imagined ones.

Hypnosis can work wonders if you suffer from panic disorders, social anxiety, phobias and more.

CBT is based on the concept that your thoughts, feelings, physical sensations and actions are interconnected, and that negative thoughts and feelings can trap you in a vicious cycle.

CBT aims to help you deal with overwhelming problems in a more positive way by breaking them down into smaller parts.

You're shown how to change these negative patterns to improve the way you feel.

Unlike some other talking treatments, CBT deals with your current problems, rather than focusing on issues from your past.

It looks for practical ways to improve your state of mind on a daily basis.

During a hypnotherapy session, you are guided through a process to induce a trance-like state that helps you focus your mind, respond more readily to suggestions, and become deeply relaxed. Hypnotherapy utilises the heightened awareness of the hypnotic state to help you focus on a memory more deeply.Hypnotherapy utilises techniques including:

Relaxation: You will be guided to visualise yourself in a state of peacefulness and relaxation, even when confronting a problematic behaviour or the object of your fears.
Suggestion: I may make gentle suggestions for behaviour changes that can help you conquer your issue. For example, you may be taught to see yourself as a supportive advisor during a phobic reaction, thus learning to trust yourself and your ability to get through the situation.
