Edan Home Repair and Contracting

In early fall 2021, I contacted Steve Edan about renovating our master bathroom. From our first meeting through to the completion of this project, Steve was exceptionally professional. As a strong communicator, he provided insightful recommendations backed with factual-information and contacts.

In order to get a broad scope of the work, he presented us with two detailed quotes. One simply included the refurbishment of a leaking shower, and the addition of a new faucet and a showerhead. The other involved the expansion of the shower, which included slightly re-framing and waterproofing the shower, removing a shower wall and relocating the plumbing to the opposite wall, as well as installing a ventilation system, re-tiling the cracked bathroom floor and replacing both vanity and bathtub.

After researching our options and knowing that our investment would exponentially increase the value of the house, we decided on the second. Although the start date was delayed by four months, due to Steve’s busy scheduled, the wait proved more than worthwhile.

During the weeks it took to complete the renovations, Steve was diligent as he showed up on schedule from Monday to Friday, and occasionally on Saturdays. His experience and in-depth knowledge in resolving electrical and plumbing challenges, as well as his precision in installing a leak-proof system and the tiles were nothing short of excellent. But what impressed us most was Steve’s meticulous attention to details and his respect for our private living.

The bathroom is complete and looks fabulous! It’s much brighter and looks far more spacious. I have absolute confidence in Steve’s ability to renovate other parts of our home.
