I had a very good experience with Dr. Tubs Re Glazing. I called the company and they scheduled less than a week and sent the technician ( Gerlad) who is very professional and did the re glazing in 4 hours. Office admin( Ms. Enza) was very kind and helpful in scheduling and following up the job. Now we are enjoying our re glazed bath tub , which is exactly like a new tub. Thank to them all. We originally had our tubs reglazed however it did not work for us. So we met with Effie the sales manager who recommended that we install liners in the tubs. It was a much better choice for us and it worked out perfectly. They use a Canadian manufacturer, better quality item, and a much shorter turnaround time. Dr. Tubs were great to deal with. I got a clear quote, schedule and instructions from Enza before the technician came out. Carlos (the technician) was on time, clean and respectful to my place. We found out that the tub didn't need to be stripped which saved me some money in the end and also some time. I needed my tub reglazed as it was starting to chip and rather than replacing my existing tub now as we are looking to renovate within a year or two, I opted to reglaze to save money on a whole tub replacement. Happy with the work. The installer was professional courteous. Cleaned everything up and provided me with aftercare instruction. I will just say if you're looking for a permanent fix and to keep your warranty please know that reglazing has care steps you need to be diligent with; like not leaving anything on the reglazed finish ever after complete. I recently had a bath and wall liner installed by Dr. Tubbs. Effie came to my home and explained about the material used and spend approximately 1 1. 2 hours measuring the area. A couple of days later he returned for some more measurements as his technician had suggested some alterations. The installation was done within a day and I was extremely pleased with the care and concern. Both Effie and the technician were very pleasant and the working area was cleaned up as the job progressed. I am so pleased with my bathroom. My home is approximately 48 years old and with the new liner and wall liner it has made such an improvement. I had purchased a safety bar and a towel bar and Effie was pleased to install these with no extra charge.
