Thus far it appears to be a complete scam. In emailing them, I was given shipment info for a shipping company called Asendia, but when I enter my order number on their website it brings me to UPS tracking, in which it says that there is no tracking information. Call their number and it puts me on hold for a few seconds then goes to voicemail. Email them and I either get no response or a useless response that provides no info from an obviously fake person. My husband ordered a t-shirt for me for Christmas. When I opened it on Christmas morning, I immediately knew it was too small, even though we ordered an M and I have been a solid Medium my entire adult life. it looked like a child's large t-shirt. He contacted the company and they will not exchange or return the shirt, even though we measured it and the measurements are smaller than their posted measurements. They offered us the "opportunity" to purchase ANOTHER shirt at half price. They would not even acknowledge that the measurements we sent (along with pictures) were not the same as their posted measurements. Very poor customer service. This place is a Scam. I spent $50 on T's $10 of which is shipping & handling. They didnt arrive, when I asked they said Yes it did. Then sent a link to USPS so I contact USPS its a Reused tracking number. That said I work for a Huge company literally a min of a 1/3 of my day is spent sending out missing packages More...

defo don't shop here, my order did not arrive in time for Christmas. finally a package came wrong item sent and 2xl is massive and quality is rubbish considering the cost. I ordered a shirt for Christmas for my daughters aunt and there was a word misspelled. I spoke with customer service and sent a picture. They agreed it was their mistake and was supposed to send a new one. This was two weeks ago and I have NO confirmation on new shirt OR refund! this was a Christmas present from my 7yr. For the amount I paid I’m pretty disappointed with the quality of the printing and that it was a bit crooked. Doubt they’ll reach out but I’d be willing to hear them out if they have a solution to this. Update 11/20/2020: Asked for photos and said they’d send a replacement. Then said the printing department said it reprinting wouldn’t make a difference? Nowhere did it say photos were to be used to evaluate a new shirt or not. And offering a discount instead? This is completely poor quality of printing compared on the picture on the website. The yellow printed font “GirlDad” was faded. I spoke with Customer Service the other day. I ordered two shirts, one for myself and one for my husband. When I received them, my shirt was fine, but my husband’s shirt was blank. It was missing the design altogether. I emailed customer service three times within a 2 week period and never got a response. I called three times, and twice got a voicemail, and the other time I sat on hold for 30 minutes before I finally hung up. I ordered some T-shirts for my husband as a present but never received them. At first the customer service were very helpful and were willing to send them again if I cancelled the dispute I initiated on PayPal.
