Victor is a great trainer . So far I have had my intro session of meeting him and then my first actual full work our session. He is encouraging and pushes you to a good limit. He is really engaging and great at communicating. I have never had a personal trainer before so I was a little bit worried of how it would be but so far Victor has made me enjoy it and I would truly recommend him to anyone that feels they need a personal trainer. Victor.... i would say words will not do justice to the training that he provides so you got to train with him to find out the difference. I have done personnel training before little did i know that this one would be something exceptional.Since my fitness goals were very high he designed a plan that was tailored towards my body. He knows how to bring the best in me and pushing the limit even further with each rep or going the extra yard .He is very versatile as he knows how to help with stretching and taking care of my injured shoulder while exercising.My main goal like any other person was to close weight quickly.I lost close to 12 pounds in 1 month with dedicated training with victor and also diet he recommended .In the end i would like to say “Train with Victor “ and “feel the difference “ More...

I’ve been training with Victor for almost six weeks now, and believe he is one of the most experienced and committed trainer. Just because of him, I’ve actually started to enjoy the gym. I’ve worked out before but it was always inconsistent and I wasn’t that focused but this year I am the most motivated I’ve ever been. Victor as a personal trainer is so transparent and he is outcome focused as he is always focused on helping me to achieve my goals and makes every session challenging(& somehow fun). Sometimes, I was super tired and wasn’t sure if I was gonna make it, but Victor knows how to motivate me so that I can get productive results. My fitness has increased noticeably & I’ve seen improvements in my abilities to complete more core exercises, lift progressively heavier weights and generally push myself harder throughout each session. Our One-on-One Coaching program takes your personal training to the next level by narrowing in on where exactly you are right now through interview, active engagement and observation. Your coach will perform a thorough preliminary assessment and work alongside you to determine the course of action most likely to efficiently lead you to reaching your goals. Your custom-made One-on-One Program will clearly outline all objectives – yours and ours. Mutual accountability is a cornerstone to our One-on-One Coaching approach. When we win and achieve your goals, we do so together!

Whether it is your best friend, partner, or co-worker, training as a couple or group can be a fun and productive way to spend time with one another. The odds of you sticking to a healthier lifestyle will go way up if the people around you are doing it too. Our trainers will merge your schedules and in between sessions, you and your partner(s) will help each other stay on track. We will develop custom workouts based on your needs as an individual and as a group.


We will create a custom meal plan to fit your goals and caloric intake. The way it works. Once signed-up you will have be given a link to choose your food choice's from 5- categories that make a meal plan. You will summit the choices at the bottom of the link. Once choices are submitted your meal plan will be processed and started.
