Started common areas renovations on our apartment building without permits.
City of Vancouver inspector stopped the project due to no permits
Project was delayed by two months due to no permits
Increased legal and architectural fees a direct result of not applying for permits
Project approved by SGM vote October 2022, but not complete as of June 30th 2023
He was not re-elected to council June 2023
August 9th 2023 hot tub area will not receive the updates as outlined in the renovations project due to stringent permit requirements and remains closed as of this date. As president and project lead of our strata it was his responsibility to inquire about any necessary permits required for the renovations project before moving forward in 2022. Basic permits 101...ignored.
