Biggest mistake hiring this photographer. Completely ruined capturing in memory one of the biggest occasions of my life.
Promised gallery of photos to be delivered within 4-6 weeks of taking them. Took her 5 months to show us that she is still working on editing photos. Absolutely massacred the photos editing them. Not a single time in these 5 months did she update us herself that she would be unable to meet her promised deadline. We had to keep asking her and she just came up with random excuses for more than 5 months.
After receiving absolutely poorly edited photos after 5 months, she refused to provide us the original photos just so that we can at least have unedited photos for our memories. She promised to fix her edits for 7 more months until she decided she would not do them.
Completely ruined the biggest occasion of my life.

Hi Shafayat, I understand you are upset. And rightfully so. Your barber botched your hair and I had tried to add hair without charging you extra. I should have been more transparent about how difficult that task was. To be fair, I had given you additional $300 artwork credit for you to order photos that you actually loved. You were given sneak peeks as well before the contracted 6 weeks. Extra edits such as your fiancee's dress that were requested was also done at no additional charge, when my contract wrote that I charge for additional edits like those. I will take this as a learning experience to improve my communication process. Thank you for your honest feedback. -Cynthia

Working with Cynthia is an absolute breeze and pleasure! I waited until the very last minute (December 15) to inquire about Santa Minis. Cynthia sent me all the information I needed, sent the contract and had me booked in in less than 4 days. When we arrived at the studio she was very welcoming, friendly and had cared about my kids and their interests. She’s very kind when directing you on how to pose and she captures wonderful candid moments. Our Santa minis turned into a mini family photoshoot, it was amazing. There were too many good ones to pick from, and that is a great problem to have. She got the photos to me THE SAME DAY! I highly recommend Cynthia for family photos, especially if you have babies. We had a mini session with Cynthia and Santa today and considering our little girl is currently going through separation anxiety and made for a slightly difficult session, they both were patient and did wonderful working with her! Santa knew that little ones at her age can have a hard time, so he spent extra time familiarizing himself with her.
