Cross Border Specialized Tax Solutions Inc.

I had an absolutely fantastic experience working with Stephanie from Cross Border Specialized Tax. As a Canadian (with Canadian capital gains) working in the US, I've struggled with filing taxes through automated programs like Sprint Tax (which is awful and the only program that does cross border taxes) and other cross border accountants. The other options I tried before CBST ended up costing way more / created a ton of stress / wasted a ton of time. I had a complicated situation where I was taxed on RSU capital gains from Canada, and Stephanie was extremely patient and detail oriented during my filing process. Not only did she make sure my past filings were correct (turns out they weren't and my past accountant made a costly mistake), she personally took time to call me and explain my tax situation and answer my questions in detail (my past accountant charged me $200 for a 30 minute call and . She also provided really timely and relevant tax payment advice which would've saved me thousands in fees.
