How can someone tell if their Garage is suitable for conversion?
Consider the fact that you will need heat and possibly a cooling system. So check to see if your electrical is equipped for the changes. If you are adding a kitchen or bathroom, you will have to have access to water and waste. If the interior of the garage is finished, check to be sure the exterior walls are insulated.
Run us through the different stages of the Garage conversion process - what's involved?
Start with any demo work needed. Take walls down to stud for new electrical and plumbing. Fix any issues with issues with existing flooring such as cracks or leveling. Put up new walls. Run new elecrical and plumbing. Install heating and cooling system and insulate and close walls. Finish flooring and finishing.

What inspired you to start your own business?
I had been in construction trades for 20 years and enjoyed my work, but I was placed in a position where I needed to be able to make time for family.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Employees who have been experiencing any symptoms of a covid are required to stay home for a minimum of 48 hours and wear a mask for 5 days when back to work.
