I've had the pleasure of using Tara and her wonderful group of ladies for the past two years. Tara is always prompt with communication and truly gets to know her clients and their likes and dislikes. I never have to question how well my house will be cleaned when they are in as it is spotless everytime. She is also very accommodating if I need to change my typical clean for any reason. I have had Cleanbreak cleaning in my home since Feb 2017. They have been with my family through a pregnancy, a new baby, and selling our home and moving to a new one. They have always been very accommodating with our schedule and budget and are always respectful of our home and property. CleanBreak has been regularly cleaning our home for over a year now... the team has always come in and done a great job. Couple bumps in the beginning and along the way but once Tara and her team knew some of my quirky things like seeing vacuum lines in the carpet they never occurred again. I began with CleanBreak shortly after it was up and running. At first I asked Tara to come in weekly to help me out just after having a C-section. We decided to keep our arrangement going because she was quick and efficient. As a long time customer (over 1year) my experience has only been positive. I love that she has a passion for cleaning and making life more manageable by eliminating one of the most daunting tasks we have. I would say for the most part the cleaning was good. Tara squeezed me with in for my first clean and because things didn't go as planned ended being later in the day. When they arrived they were rushed and said they could not do a whole clean as planned. Upon leaving she said if I had any issues up let her know. That is where the real disappointment comes in. She said she was to busy to come back for a walk through so I tried to be as detailed as possible in an email. She got very defensive with my concerns even though I wanted to try them again. I was only letting her know of my concerns as she asked. She said my expectations were too much. So be aware as long as you don't complain about anything you'll probably be ok. Overall she has good recommendations and I am disappointed we could not discuss this in person. More...

Would not recommend. 1. They repeatedly missed completing tasks in our home. Our ensuite was missed being cleaned a few times, when we brought it up they didn't make an effort to come back but said they would get it on the next clean. Well .. we paid for our entire house to be cleaned and we hire a cleaner for a reason so the last thing we want to do after paying for a service is complete the service ourselves. 2. We had stuff go missing from our house during the time that we had this company doing our cleaning. I remember a couple specific incidents that both my husband and I saw the item in the morning, the cleaning staff had come and go and at the end of the day we would both be asking each other the "hey have you seen.." question. It happened a couple times before we finally started questioning if it was the cleaners. When an item is in a specific location on Tuesday morning when I left for work and gone when I came home and the only people in the home were the cleaners you get a real clear picture painted for you. When we brought it up with the owner her original response was anger that we would accuse them of such thing, she eventually decided to talk to the girls that were in the home and said that they did not take anything.
