I follow an integrative eclectic treatment approach that integrates; Cognitive Behaviour therapy, Inner Child work, mindfulness, and various other modalities. Intervention includes evidence-based treatment plans and empirically proven techniques, I blend elements from different approaches, and tailor treatments according to your unique needs. Treatment is focused on empowering you with an adaptive thinking style and more effective coping skills to deal with symptoms and the surrounding environment. The goal of the treatment is to the enhancement of well-being and improve experience of overall quality of life.

My practice is based on a holistic, client-centred, and strength-based approach by helping you explore your abilities and accessing your own innate wisdom. Based on a belief that every person holds the unique potential to discover and develop their individual inner resources and strengths.
My priority is to create a safe environment where you can express your struggles and fears without worrying about judgement.

I specialize in working with individual, adolescents, parents and families. Helping you overcome anxiety, depression, trauma, family and work stress, difficulties with assertiveness, boundaries, grief, loss, chronic pain, life transitions, self-esteem, relationship issues and spirituality.
