Our state-of-the-art conference room allows us to collaborate remotely with clients, sharing beautiful 3D models, site plans, and resources at our your convenience! Of course, we're always excited to meet our clients in-person, in our COVID-friendly design and office space.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
In 2020, we completed a self-lead renovation of a historic heritage building in downtown Port Moody. Spacious offices and workstations, along with a large conference room that promotes physical distancing, make our office and design space a dream location for designers and developers.
We continually monitor local and regional COVID-19 guidelines and have implemented appropriate measures to keep our space safe for employees and guests.
Urban Planning
CityState maintains great relationships with City staff and Council members in all Metro Vancouver and Sunshine Coast municipalities and regional districts.
CityState gets subdivision, rezoning, and development permit applications, and OCP amendments approved.
Building Design
100% of our design work is done in 3D. CityState designers quickly create 3D models ready for clients to “fly through” and experience the feel of the space. We provide innovative solutions and involve clients in the design process. Contact us to request a demo from past clients' projects.
Project Management
CityState has a vast network of associates and sub-consultants and creates strong project teams. We excel at coordinating the input required by all disciplines: surveys, geotechnical assessments, environmental reports, and engineering studies.
