Working with Kimberlee, owner of Chic Chic Readymades, was a stress free and very enjoyable experience. She has expert product knowledge and gently guided me in the decision making process. She cared about me as a client and I felt she wanted to make my home every bit as beautiful as I did. She kept me focused by keeping in contact with me and provided a few samples at a time so as not to overwhelm me with choices. She was very conscientious of my budget and did everything in her power to keep it in check and worked with suppliers to my advantage. She exceeded my expectations and even made complimentary alternations to a set of existing curtains I had for a spare bedroom.

I loved the fact that Chic Chic offered installation services. The installer was amazing. He installed blinds and curtains on every window in my home in just a matter of hours. He skillfully mounted each piece with precision and accuracy.
He took great care of the floors and walls as he moved the long rods and step ladder from room to room.

We ordered four highlight blinds for our windows. We took the sample book home to find a color match. It was tough to decide as there were so many great colors. When Johnny came to measure our windows he helped us make a final decision on the color of the blinds. Kimberlee did a great job communicating with us through out the process as when to expect the blinds in and when the installation will happen. Johnny did a great job installing the blinds as he was quick and explained what to do and not to do so we don't wreck them. Doing some redecorating in our home in time to host a bridal shower for our daughter. Had a deadline and were very concerned we would not have our window panels in time (we needed 15 panels! ). Kimberlee was certain that the project would be done in time and indeed it was!! Extremely happy with them. We purchased drapes for our living room patio doors from Chic Chic Readymades. Kimberlee was so knowledgeable and helpful, giving us great advice on current trends whilst thinking about our own space and what would work best. We were able to take lots of sample books back home to determine which fabric colour, design and texture would work for us. In the end we went for a lovely deep pink red faux suede that looks stunning in our white and hardwood loft condo. The quality of the material is fantastic as is the rodding. Kim is incredible to work with. I placed my order and was told that my drapes would be ready in 3 weeks. My installation was done 15 days after my order was placed. The concept of Chic Chic is great. Go into the store, have a look at the great selection on display and you can take some samples home to look at in your room. The sample is a ready made curtain, not a small swatch of fabric, hence you can see exactly how the fabric, pattern and colour will co-ordinate with the rest of your furnishings. I approached Chic Chic for some advice on draperies for my home. Kimberlee professionally provided the type of advice I felt reflected the kind of job I would like done from the pictures I provided. She was easy to talk with and answered my questions clearly. We agreed on the cost and they came to the house and measured the relevant in good time.
It then took approximately 3 weeks to complete and install the order. Everything went smoothly and I was extremely pleased with the look. Any glitches were dealt with immediately and they even went out of their way to install on a weekend.
I would return to this company for any other window treatments as they were very professional and timely as well as well as accurate with the invoicing letting me know immediately if anything was different from the original agreement.
