I must say these are some of the most beautiful cakes that I have ever seen. Such creativity and artistic flare! They are not only gorgeous but they are delicious as well. The decor and presentation of Kirsten's cakes are absolutely beautiful and the the taste is exceptional! So far I have tried her red velvet, chocolate and carrot cake and enjoyed or more like devoured them all! Kirsten baked our wedding cake for us, a beautiful semi-naked lemon curd and vanilla cake, which people still gush over months after the event. It was not only gorgeous and perfectly in sync with our theme, it also tasted fresh and delicious.
