all aspects of bookkeeping. GST/QST reporting, payroll, and payroll taxes, everything up to and including unaudited statements.
Why is it so important for businesses to hire a great accountant?
I am not an accountant. i am a bookkeeper. I submit all the vile paperwork to the accountant so he or she can finalize your taxes.
What do you love most about your job?
helping people because usually they are so nervous of getting someone reliable and competent. I am always on time with government reporting and yearend.
also meeting people and getting to know them. this is a stressful job because you can't make mistakes and i never do because i care for my clients.
What inspired you to start your own business?
so that I can be independent and challenge myself to be successful. also to meet new people regularly and enjoy working with different professions.

they should choose me because i endeavor to be excellent. I am polite and respectful of my clients. I am always on time with reporting and finalizing yearend. my aim is to please my client at all times.

i am doing that now. i work with many of my clients online. some of them i have never met. they submit the work and i do it. at yearend, i gather everything up and send it off to the accountant. I send them all the reporting necessary so they can see where they are at. my clients are very happy with my online services. they save time this way and don't have to bother bringing me the paperwork or I have to pick it up which if they preferred I would.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
i work at home. we converse through emails and telephone. i have done this since Covid started. i do not go to clients anymore as i do not want to take the risk of catching anything.
