I wish I could give 0 stars if there was an option. A total rip off! Spent so much money on this company's service to use heat treatment for bed bugs but there were still so many alive right after the treatment. Called Jay - the guy that was in charge of the treatment to ask why there were still bed bugs as they should be dead immediately in the 145°F heat, he didn't pick up his phone nor responded to our messages. He was very responsive before the treatment. But after getting the treatment "done", he totally ghosted us. If he's not giving a solution, we will find other legal ways to solve this. More...

They answered my call late on a Thursday evening and came by the next day for a consultation and inspection. They showed me where to look for bugs and found them right away. I was getting bites but didn’t know where they were coming from. They gave me a few options for treatment (we went with the heat) and waived the consultation fee as we were going with their services for treatment.
