Juin 2022 Je suis allée avec mon conjoint au Bota Bota. J’ai adoré mon expérience! Spécialement mon massage avec Leigh-Ann et je n’en suis pas à mon premier massage! Les spas ont connu leur lot de difficultés ces derniers mois et j’étais craintive de m’y rendre, mais je suis ravie de dire que j’ai eu une très belle première expérience thermale au Bota Bota. Le personnel à l’accueil était souriant et disponible. Il y avait également plusieurs employés affairés sur le site et qui veillaient à l’entretien et au bon fonctionnement des installations. C’était très propre partout. Au moment de croiser une employée, elle a eu la gentillesse de me demander si mon expérience se passait bien et si j’avais des questions. Le silence était généralement bien respecté. J’ai été surprise par le grand nombre de bains, saunas et salles de détente (hamac, coussins, bean bag, lit, chaises longue, alouette!). Le paiement à la sortie (check out) s’est fait comme un charme. Si j’avais une seule suggestion à faire, c’est d’ajouter plus horloges et spécialement dans les salles de détente, car c’est risqué de passer droit. Sans hésitation, ce spa mérite une visite. Superbe expérience détente aujourd'hui pour moi,ma belle-mère et mes belles-soeurs! Plusieurs bassins, sauna et bain de vapeur. L'accès au fleuve en guise de bain froid est génial.
