What do you love most about your job?
I love it when I can see the client make the connections within him or herself that allow them to find a bit of understanding and mostly self compassion.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have for years wanted to find a way to bring the joy of life to those around me. This is just another way of doing that.

My practice is client centred, guilt free, and geared to prove that you are enough.

I mostly zoom with my clients as they are often not near me.

I offer online coaching services to all my clients. Alternatively, we can work over the telephone.
