I help women in their 30’s and 40’s to feel like themselves again and get rid of frustrating symptoms like fatigue, headaches, skin issues, sleep issues or whatever else they are dealing with. My clients learn how to reconnect to their body and figure out how eat, sleep, move and practise self care in a way that works for them and allows them to feel their best.

I truly believe how w chose to nourish our body determines will feel physically, mentally and emotionally.

I am all about supporting my clients to find ways of eating that help them feel their best and manage any symptoms. The approach I take is flexible and unique to each client, which allows my clients to make decisions on what to eat and what not to based on how it makes them feel.

I love witness the transformation my clients go though while we work together. It is incredible to see them come back time after time feeling renewed physically, mentally and emotionally. It is an honour to witness them reconnect to their body and learn see how best care for themselves.

I started this work because I was where you are right now.

I was constantly exhausted, dealing with a myriad of aches and pains, struggling with brain fog and concentration issues and not to mention the emotional rollercoaster I was on.

I had the epitome of a healthy lifestyle, yet on the inside I felt far from healthy. I felt stuck, I knew I wanted to feel better but I didn't know how to get there. I tried everything that "should" work and I didn't get the results I was looking for.

That's when I found a functional approach to wellness that looked at the body as an interconnected system, where everything is linked and our symptoms are a guide to the root cause of our issues.

I used this approach to reconnect to my body and learn how the signals my body giving me to guide me back to wellness.

Firstly, the services are all about you. They are tailored to your unique goals, your preferences and your lifestyle. No one-size-fits-all approach.

Secondly, the approach is more flexible and less restrictive than many other approaches. It it all about finding a balancing your wellness goals and your real life.

Finally, you will receive unconditional support in a non-jusgemenal, encouraging manner.

All services are remote via a video call.

No precautions are necessary due to remote nature of work.

Services

At your initial session we will start by finding clarity around what you your ideal wellness journey looks like to you. Together we will figure out what you hope to achieve, how you want to feel, what is motivating you to change and what has been getting in your way thus far. In addition to this, we will also assess what is currently going on in your life with regards to stressors, symptoms, self care practises and other healthy habits. This will help us to better understand where you currently and what areas of your life you are motivated to make changes in. Based on your personal goals and current lifestyle, we will identify small, sustainable diet and lifestyle changes bring you closer to your wellness goals.

Follow up sessions provide an opportunity to check in to see how things are going, what's working and what's not and identify where to go next. It you are experiencing any setbacks, slips or stalls, we will discuss ways of managing these challenges and barriers, to continue your progress on your journey. At each session you will get a personalized goal sheet highlighting what was discussed at session and will receiving track sheets to record your progress on your goals and the outcomes it is having.

When you are happy with the outcomes you are experiencing or feeling set to continue the journey on your own, the individual support ends. The entire progress is built about empowerment where the goal is to share the information and tools needed so that you can confidently take on this journey on your own and are not dependent on wellness support long term.
