 Responsible for full cycle Accounting Functions maintains and balances of various accounts using computerized bookkeeping systems.
 Calculate and prepare payroll and calculation for utility, tax, and other bills.
 Responsible for overall business planning and budgeting for achievement of profitability targets.
 Preparation of Financial Statements for the review and finalization of annual audited / unaudited financials by the External Accountants.
 Daily recording of sales and receipts (A/R)
 Detailed cost-recording of purchased invoices (A/P)
 Track and maintain property title documents / Lease renewal with owners and tenants.
 Prepared all kinds of periodical (Fortnightly, Monthly, Quarterly Half Yearly and Yearly) Statements.
 Extensively experience in Correspondence with other businesses, Banks, and relevant Government bodies Like CRA.
 Prepare all kinds of statements including statistical, financial, and accounting reports on daily, weekly, monthly quarterly, and annual basis.
