Looking at this business reviews its very inconsistent but mostly about Charles Murray being a scammer he is not a respected business men especially when he FRAUDS you. He wants his pay but will not do the work.

These people are scammers--- I paid $475 for a private investigator only to not receive any messages or phone calls after they got the money. They gave me a date of August 28th and it's now September 12th and still have heard nothing back. The phone # they use no one answers. I was dealing with Charles...left voicemails and nothing.
