What do you love most about your job?
I love interacting and building a personal relationship will my customers. I want them to feel they can reach me anytime with a question or concern. I take great pride in my work and it shows when I present a completed project to my customers. It builds a strong community when my customers know they have a reliable electrician they can count on.
What inspired you to start your own business?
My Uncle. He owns a very successful general contracting business in Qualicum, BC. Growing up, I had great admiration for him as I watched his company expand due to his solid work ethic and genuine personality. I knew I wanted something like that for myself and my family one day.
Why should our clients choose you?
Because I make my customers feel like they are truly looked after. They feel safe knowing that all my installations are done to abide by the Canadian Electrical Code. I listen to my customers needs very carefully and ensure that all my work is done to their satisfaction. I also enjoy educating my customers on how electrical systems function in their home or office, while providing them with proper maintenance procedures and troubleshooting tips.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Myself and my apprentice are up to date on all our vaccinations. We wear masks if requested by the customer. During service calls, we often wear latex gloves to avoid our bare hands touching their belongings as well as preventing any potential cross contamination from our tools.
