What do you love most about your job?
I love to help others. I love to listen and share in their experiences.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have always wanted to own my own business. I did not know what that would look like until 3 years ago when I was led to the field of helping others through counselling. The flexibility of owning my own business is ideal for my large family.
Why should our clients choose you?
I am no spring chicken. I have experienced many things in my life, some through my own decisions, that have made me an empathetic and non-judgemental individual. Clients tell me I am approachable and calm and that I help to calm them.

All services are provided remotely at this time. This means you can meet with me in your chosen surroundings, in comfort.
Couples Counselling
I offer couples counselling for partners seeking guidance in their relationships. In addition to ongoing relationship counselling, I do offer marital and premarital counselling.
Faith based
I offer faith-based therapy for those looking for spiritual direction in their healing process. I am open to people of all faiths or no faith.
Individual Counselling
My focus and aim are to assist individuals over the age of 16 who would benefit from positive and emotionally focused therapy. We are a solution-focused practice that provides a culturally sensitive, judgment-free space.
