We put our house for sale without staging it and did not get any decent offer. After 3 weeks our real estate agent suggested staging our home and introduced us to Amanda.
Amanda worked very fast due to the timeline and send us several quotation for us to choose. It was an easy decision. We left Amanda to staged the house as we were no longer living in the same city. When we saw the pictures, we could not believe that it was our house. The staging looked so simple but SO ELEGANT. It looked AMAZING. Our house would not have looked that good if we had used our own furniture in there. We would have bought back our house if we were looking. We had several offers and accepted one which did not go through. We received another offer subsequently and was happy with the outcome. Hiring Amanda and her high expertise in staging sold our house at the time when sale was slow.
We would highly recommend Amanda to anyone who is looking to design their house or preparing for a sale.

We knew we had made the right decision to hire Amanda when we walked in the door of our home and the realtors initial reaction was “WOW”.
After seeing the incredible job she had done we almost didn’t want to move. The staging had been done beautifully, with every once of attention to detail. The entire process from the consultation to staging relieved us of SO much work and the added stress that often comes with selling your home. During the consultation we were provided with a very detailed list of suggested improvements along with her plans for each room. I believe that hiring Amanda made all the difference. Our house sold for over asking and we had multiple offers within 24 hours of listing!
