Set up accounts with suppliers (We will fill out the documents to acquire your account so you don’t have to stop work or “try to get to it on the weekend”)
Create custom CRM or set up generic user friendly CRM (contingent on your companies actual needs)
QBO Set Up
Best for companies who are switching from one accounting program to QBO or QBOA (Sage, QBO desktop, Fresh books etc) or who are just starting out and require their accounting software set up.
• 2 meetings, 1st to Discuss companies: industry, process, requirements (taxes, employee’s etc), 2nd meeting (Virtual Zoom) to set up Chart of accounts, synch bank accounts and set up taxes
• 1 follow up call to ensure Bank feed is still synched and working correctly
