Aida was accommodating over the Zoom consultation. We spent an hour where I gave her personal information. We agreed upon a price and I was to send her documentation. One day later the company sent an email (not even from Aida) saying that every customer has to be approved by 'management', which surprised me as Aida is a managing partner. CRA representation (CRA audit, late tax filings, balance owing payments on monthly basis, tax adjustment for not claimed credits/deductions or income, tax relief provision to reduce or eliminate tax interest or penalties)

What do you love most about your job?
We are here to help taxpayers to file their tax returns and do the related filings. This would include personal taxation, corporate taxation, GST/HST filings, estate returns and any issues that they might have with CRA or their tax filings.
