How important is a healthy diet to someone’s health and wellbeing?
What you're putting in your body is incredibly important for both physical and mental wellbeing. Research has demonstrated that the gut-brain connection is very real and gut microbes regulate many aspects of human physiology AND psychology, including intestinal permeability, the absorption of nutrients from food, immunity and mood.
What do you love most about your job?
Wellness is a multidisciplinary approach and communication is necessary in order to properly be of service to each individual. I love supporting my clients through life-changing shifts in mindset and help them build confidence and self-efficacy.
What inspired you to start your own business?
With a background in business and finance, I became interested in corporate wellness after seeing everyone work themselves to the bone and their health start to deteriorate. I know that I can help people turn their health around.
