Along with her many years of experience in the field and her knowledge and understanding of the insurance industry, she was able to set my mind at ease from our first meeting forward, and throughout the entire process. "I can’t thank you all enough for the great job and for making this so easy on us. I thought it was going to be a huge hassle when we first started dealing with insurance and their contractor but it ended up being a really great experience.

Right from the first time we met with Avery to the day she stopped by to ensure that we were satisfied with the work done was the absolute best experience we’ve ever had with a contractor.
We were provided with a detailed scope and estimate for the job and then daily updates of what was done, including before & after pictures, and what was scheduled for the next day.
Jonathan worked long days and was very considerate of the dogs ensuring the gate was never left open for them to escape. He’s worth his weight in gold as an employee.
