What guarantee does your work come with?
Every project comes with a minimum one year guarantee on all masonry operations and materials. This will be addressed in the contract details, extensions to these can be discussed.

Fireplace & Chimney
New Installations or Repairs of Wood Burning fireplaces that consist of a opening in a wall or hearth that contains a fire, with a chimney structure that carries smoke and gases away from the fireplace.
Restoration
The process of repairing or improving a structure made of stone, brick, or concrete. It can involve cleaning, sealing, replacing broken pieces, or rebuilding parts of the structure back to its original form.
Hardscape
Hard landscape materials in the built environment structures that are incorporated into a landscape. This can include paved areas, driveways, retaining walls, sleeper walls, stairs, walkways, and any other landscaping made up of hard wearing materials such as, stone, and concrete.
Structural Concrete Block & Footings
Also know as CMU are primarily used for building load-bearing walls in residential and commercial construction, including foundations, basement walls, retaining walls, and interior partition walls, due to their high compressive strength and ability to support significant weight; they are also often utilized for fireproofing applications thanks to their fire-resistant properties.
Parging
A thin coat of mortar cement generally used for giving a relatively smooth surface to impaired masonry units or for sealing against moisture.
Thin stone & brick veneers
Veneers are thin layers of stone or brick that are used as a decorative facing material on walls. They are often used on the exterior of buildings and homes that cannot provide a stable shelf for full bed materials, but can also be used on the interior as well.
Porch and step Cladding
Stone cladding is generally a stone / brick, or manufactured stone, applied to a structure made of a concrete such as porches, steps, walkways, courtyards or driveways. Stone cladding is sometimes applied to concrete and steel buildings as part of their original architectural design.
Window &Â Door Alterations & Additions
Changing the building envelope, such as adding new windows & doors or altering there existing size, rearranging or changing the plan configuration of walls and structures
Stone & Brick Repair.
The process of fixing cracks, chips, and gaps in stone and brick walls or ground, as well as replacing damaged or decayed mortar cement generally known as pointing or tuck pointing.
Waterproofing
A protective barrier application to the exteriors foundation to redirect water away from the foundation and not absorb into the wall.
New Installations
The process of building exterior / interior walls or structures using materials such as brick, stone, or concrete blocks for new homes and commercial buildings.
