As soon as I requested a quote, I was contacted by phone and set up an appointment for a review of the project and an eventual estimate. On the day of the scheduled visit, less than 30 minutes before their arrival at my home, I got a text message saying that they would need to postpone (something urgent came up). I appreciated the heads-up, and we postponed the appointment the following week. The morning of the appointment, I sent a text message (because that's how we scheduled the appointment) asking if we were still expecting them... No reply at all. 24 hours later, still no news. I realize they may be busy - I get that - but a little note or phone call would have been appreciated.
