My experience with David yu was extremely disappointing. He neglected my case to the point that I had to handle most of it by myself. Whenever I spoke to him on the phone, he was unprofessional. I asked him to update my address, and he told me it would take time—I ended up waiting nearly a month with no result. I even emailed him to understand the process, but he repeatedly tried to update it incorrectly, and I received messages from the government platform saying the method was wrong.
